 i. Services Marketing 

This core course targets at the root level understanding of the concepts of Service Marketing. Elucidate the role of Extended Marketing Mix in Services. You will be able to demonstrate the new paradigm and perspectives in the Marketing of Services. Learn to analyze the significance of services marketing in the Indian and global economy. Assess the Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning of Services in a dynamic marketing environment. Learn to develop the marketing mix for various services offering.

 ii. Sales & Distribution Management

This core course targets the academic concepts related to the Sales Management and Distribution Management Domain. The learner would be able to know the concepts, techniques, and approaches required for effective decision making in the areas of Sales and Distribution. Apply the concepts related to sales and distribution management. Assess the real-life scenarios of sales and distribution management.  i. Advanced Financial Management

This core course targets the academic concepts in the financing, investing, and profit distribution in a firm. Learn to elucidate the theoretical concepts related to raising and use of funds and the value of the firm. Learn to estimate values for making capital structure, investment, liquidity, and dividend decisions in the financial management of a firm. Analyze the options for making the right financial decisions of a firm. Assess the role of financial planning, risk analysis in investments, liquidity, and credit management policy of the firm on shareholder value. Plan an appropriate financial strategy using any one or multiple concepts/ techniques learned in this course.

This subject core course targets the key terms related to International Finance.  i. Strategic Human Resource Management

This subject core course targets the key strategies adopted by HR and their implementation issues and challenges faced by the organization in the national and international contexts. Ability to comprehend and cohere the basic concepts of SHRM and link the HR strategies to the organizational business strategies. Develop a skill to investigate HR as an investment in the company. Learn to interpret and evaluate the implementation of HR strategies. Formulate and provide realistic solutions to the industry by designing innovative strategies and logical decision making.

 ii. HR Operations

This subject core course targets at knowing the structure of the personnel department, its policies, and the maintenance of employee files & records. Learn the drafting of communications for disciplinary actions. Learn to calculate bonus, gratuity, PF, ESI, etc. Experiment to calculate the computation of Workmen Compensation, Bonus, and Gratuity as per relevant acts. Calculate computation of Workmen Compensation, Bonus, and Gratuity. Know the file returns under various labor laws and prepare the salary structure.

 i. Services Operations Management - II

This subject core course targets at explaining the key concepts in Services Operations Management. Learn to distinguish between various service strategies, service quality dimensions, and customer relationships based on lifetime value. Classify the sources of value in a service supply relationship & three factors that drive profitability for a professional service firm. Learn to categorize a service firm according to its stage of competitiveness. Evaluate to modify the Service strategies of an organization for achieving the strategic service vision.  ii. Logistics Management

This subject core course targets knowing the basic terms and concepts related to Logistics management. Understand the infrastructure of logistics, its linkage with various types of communication modes. Learn to apply the various dimensions of logistics management and transport, their inter-linkages with different types of freights. Compute the logistic costs and various classification methods of reducing the cost by way of the information technology and its impacts. Plan a typical logistic framework and services. Study how to illustrate the linkages with its dynamic storage system / Customer Issues, Logistic, and Business Issues in a real-world context.  i. Advanced Statistical Methods Using R

This subject core course targets at recalling basic statistical concepts and associated values, formulae. Learn to explicate the statistical tools and understand their applications in multiple business domains and scenarios. Apply the time series analysis in the prediction of various trends. Distinguish between various types of probability and probability distributions. Formulate and test hypotheses using tools of R. This subject core course targets defining the key terms in Python, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Intelligence. This subject core course targets at defining the key terms in Indian Agriculture/Land Reforms/ economic holding. Understanding the key terms in the place of agriculture in the national economy. The present position of Indian Agriculture with an advanced management perspective. Identify the various issues in the Agriculture Industry in India. Demonstrate their significance from the perspective of Indian farmer & Indian Economy & business decision making.
