The placement cell constantly stays in touch with companies from different industries. The placement cell maintains strong ties with companies across industries by sharing student profiles, brochures, and presentations. Students are shortlisted based on company requirements and their interests.
Employability Skills Program
Starting from the first year, students engage with the corporate world through guest lectures and dedicated second-year subjects. Weekly sessions on soft skills, communication, group discussions, and mock interviews prepare them for professional success. Along with the Value added program which are at present demand in the corporate which will help the students to fit in the industry needs.
Pre-placement Talks
A critical part of the placement process is the opportunity for the students and the industry to interact. Company representatives visit to present job profiles, career prospects, compensation, and work culture. The students get a chance to explore about the career opportunities, growth possibilities and expectations of the corporate. They also get a clear picture about the job profile, average CTC and skill expectations of the companies. All of this gives the student a clear understanding of the company and the kind of work he/she would be employed. These sessions allow students to understand expectations, clarify doubts, and assess opportunities.
Guest Lectures
Industry experts and alumni regularly interact with students, sharing insights and real-world knowledge.
Mentoring And Coaching
The placement cell guides students in academics and personality development through stress management, public speaking, business etiquette, negotiation, and communication training. Students also receive support with resume building and interview preparation.
