Workshops:
Trinity MBA’s outcome based educational approach where a student is a nurtured to become a performer. The leadership development, skill enhancement, and problem solving workshops are the effective catalysts in order to achieve it. Workshops are conducted regularly with the active involvement of Industry Experts.
Training:
Trinity MBA focuses on imparting training for enhancing students’ knowledge, skills, and attitude towards honing the managerial aptitude.
The aim of training at Trinity MBA is also to effectively bridge the industry-academia gap & understand the employers’ expectations as well as build a survival instinct by learning to identify the ever-changing competitive business environment. Going ahead, at the end of 2nd semester, students are also needs to undergo Summer Internship Project.

At Trinity MBA, alumni are the brand ambassadors. They are indeed the proud messengers of their success as well the Institution’s endeavors in contributing to achieve the feat. The significant contributions by the alumni has made the Institution of such a great repute and trustworthy. The heights attained by our alumni are working in diversified sectors of Public and Private Sector Organizations, Small &Medium Enterprises, and in many other professional areas at National and International levels made us worthy of standing tall.
Guest Speaker
Guest lectures are a vital part of the pedagogy at Trinity MBA. Experts from across the Industries as well as notable leaders from the academia are invited to share their valuable insights about current business environments and its challenges. The speaker’s real-time experiences in facing & mitigating the challenges comes handy to students. These case studies empowers the students to supplement their theoretical knowledge with the wisdom.
Guest lectures on variety of subjects on Life Skills, Marketing Research, Career Guidance, Information Security, HR Practices & opportunities in the BFSI sector, etc.
Student Clubs
The Clubs provide students an opportunity to showcase their literary and cultural talent that is beyond the disciplinary expertise or technical knowledge. They are vital because they form an ultimate experiential learning platform. The Club teaches a vital ingredient required for an MBA student which is being a team player. They get an opportunity to experience the effect of team’s synergy. Other most important attributes like speaking skills, writing skills, Interpersonal Relationship, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills, Non-Verbal Communication Skills, and many more. Apparently, it helps improve the managerial skills and the personality.
Peer Mentoring
With hope that the student opens up with the assigned senior students as mentors. The initiative greatly helps in building juniors’ confidence while they share their academic challenges. They are the smooth catalyst of knowledge transfer.
Student’s Program
Trinity MBA College celebrates a cultural fest called KJ Fest. The biggest attraction of the Fest is “Mr. & Ms. KJ” competition. The Fest also include “Malhar” – the fashion show& singing competition, “Maidan” – the Sports competition & “TechnoFest” – the Gravity 2K19 where the Business Plan competition &the MAD AD Show was held.
