Introduction
The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) at TIMR is dedicated to promoting an inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment for all MBA students. In a rapidly evolving world, it is essential that higher education institutions foster a space where every student, irrespective of their socio-economic background, gender, race, religion, or disability, can access equal opportunities for academic success and personal growth.
Objectives of the Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) Promote Inclusivity

To Provide all students with equal access to academic resources, support services, and extracurricular opportunities.

To Strive to increase the representation of diverse students in leadership roles, clubs, and events, promoting equal participation in all aspects of college life.

To Organize awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to sensitize the student body and faculty on issues related to discrimination, bias, social justice, fostering, etc.

To Offer counselling services and a confidential platform for students who may face discrimination, harassment, or personal challenges, etc.

To Work with the placement and career services departments to ensure that all students have equal opportunities for internships, job placements, and career counselling.
These objectives will ensure that the College Development Committee is able to contribute meaningfully to the college’s mission and long-term success, driving continuous improvement and growth across all areas of the institution.
