Divyang (Differently Abled) Cell
The Divyang (Differently Abled) Cell at TIMR is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students with disabilities, ensuring that they have equal opportunities to succeed academically, socially, and professionally. In line with the institution’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, the Divyang Cell aims to eliminate barriers and create a campus that accommodates and celebrates the unique needs and abilities of all students.
Objectives

To Ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to all academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.

To Offer personalized academic support to differently-abled students.

To work with the administration to ensure the campus infrastructure is fully accessible, including ramps and accessible restrooms.

To Organize regular workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness about disability rights.

To Offer counselling services for students with disabilities, addressing both academic and personal challenges they may face.
